我厂试制4102气缸体时,在T68卧式镗床镗杆上安装锥柄铣刀加工机油泵平面。由于毛坯表面十分粗糙,切削时受到不规则的冲击力,使铣刀产生剧烈的震动并有尖叫声。在走刀量和切削深度不大的情况下,工件表面出现刀痕,影响了表面质量。为此,设计了图示的锁紧装置,使用效果很好。 锁紧装置的原理是当旋紧螺钉时,夹紧块受到挤压作轴向运动,使夹紧块与铣刀杆、夹紧体与镗杆贴牢,这样即保证了加工质量,又提高了生产率。
