坞罗水库位于河南省巩义市东南13km的坞罗河与石关河汇合处,属黄河流域伊洛河水系,控制流域面积108km~2。总库容1787．4万m~3,是一座以防洪为主,兼顾农业灌溉、城市供水以及水产养殖等综合利用的中型水库。水库兴建于1958年,1960年建成。水库主要建筑物包括主坝、副坝、溢洪道和放水管等部分。主坝为重粉质壤土均质土坝,属Ⅲ级建筑物,按50年洪水标准设计,1000年洪水校核。
Wuluo Reservoir is located at the confluence of Wuluo River and Shiguan River, 13km southeast of Gongyi City, Henan Province. It belongs to the Yiluo River system in the Yellow River Basin with a controlled drainage area of 108km ~ 2. The total capacity of 17,874,000 m ~ 3, is a flood-based, taking into account the comprehensive utilization of agricultural irrigation, urban water supply and aquaculture medium-sized reservoirs. Reservoir was built in 1958, completed in 1960. The main reservoir buildings include the main dam, auxiliary dam, spillway and pipe and other parts. The main dam is heavy silty loam homogeneous earth dam, which is a grade III building designed according to 50-year flood standard and 1,000-year flood check.
