本文介绍应用电磁血流计测定大鼠心泵功能的方法。测得20例正常大鼠心脏指数(Cl)为227±7ml/kg/min,心搏量指数(SVl)为0.50±0.02ml/kg,主动脉血流速度(AFV)为3.35±0.17ml/sec,血流加速度(dF/dt)为167±9ml/sec~2,在实验条件下,动物的生理状况在60分钟内基本稳定。容量负荷(VL)使正常鼠Cl、SVl分别增加了193±8%和190±9%,AFV和dF/dt也有明显增加但程度较小(83±5%和64±5%)。正常鼠和心肌梗塞鼠泵功能指标的比较表明,VL时泵功能的改变及其反应曲线有助于更好地估计心功能的损害。
This article describes the application of electromagnetic flowmeter rat cardiac pump function. The cardiac index (Cl) of the 20 normal rats was 227 ± 7ml / kg / min, the stroke volume index (SVl) was 0.50 ± 0.02ml / kg and the aortic blood flow velocity (AFV) was 3.35 ± 0.17ml / sec, and the blood flow acceleration (dF / dt) was 167 ± 9ml / sec ~ 2. Under the experimental conditions, the physiological condition of the animals was basically stable within 60 minutes. Volume load (VL) increased the normal rats Cl, SVl by 193 ± 8% and 190 ± 9%, AFV and dF / dt also increased significantly but to a lesser extent (83 ± 5% and 64 ± 5%). Comparisons of the normal and myocardial infarction rat pump performance indicators show that changes in pump function at VL and their response curves may help to better estimate impairment of cardiac function.
