Since 1990, the process of integration in Latin America has been growing at an unprecedented rate. All Latin American countries except Cuba have joined the growing integration movement in different ways. According to the treaties and agreements signed or agreements reached by the end of 1991, a number of new small-area common market or free trade areas, different from the traditional integration organizations, will be built in Latin America from the end of 1992 to 1996. The developments show that after 30 years of exploration and stagnation, the Latin American integration process has begun to embark on a path of rapid development.
