本文研究了并购后部门间融合是如何影响新产品发展(NPD)的效率和效果的。研究结果表明,尽管合作性部门间融合与产品愿景正相关,但是互动性部门间融合并没有与产品愿景显著相关。尽管有一些互动对于发展新产品竞争优势(NPCA)是有必要的,但是这些互动未必一定会带来成功。此外,产品愿景与新产品竞争优势和NPD绩效正相关,同时新产品竞争优势与NPD绩效正相关。
This article examines how the interdepartmental integration after mergers affects the efficiency and effectiveness of new product development (NPD). The findings show that although interdepartmental cooperation is positively correlated with product vision, interactive interdepartmental integration is not significantly associated with product vision. While some interactions are necessary to develop a new product competitive advantage (NPCA), these interactions do not necessarily lead to success. In addition, product vision is positively correlated with new product competitive advantage and NPD performance, and new product competitive advantage is positively correlated with NPD performance.
