在商业活动中,企业内部人员的分 分合合似乎从未停止过。特别是 企业昔日的得力干将,最终因种 种说得清楚、说不清楚的原因与“东家”分 道扬镳,甚至成为强劲的竞争对手时,我们 不禁为“英雄”们的离去倍感惋惜。 我们不能仅仅把干将出走视为企业的 一种正常现象,或者简单理解为企业管理 中的被迫与无奈,而是应该站在竞争与发 展的角度,来理解企业人才流失、干将变成 对手的内在因果关系。惟有这样,才能学会 处理企业与干将们之间的关系。
