通过结构修饰来筛选具有较高的消光系数且波长红移(配合激光治疗)的竹红菌素衍生物是竹红菌素研究中的重要方面。本文完成了竹红菌乙素(简称HB)的溴化,并研究了产物类型Ⅰ和类型Ⅱ光动力作用特点。
Screening for hypocrellin derivatives with higher extinction coefficient and wavelength redshift (with laser treatment) by structural modification is an important aspect in the study of hypocrellin. In this paper, the bromination of hypocrellin B (abbreviated as HB) was completed and the photodynamic characteristics of product type I and II were studied.
