从高中6个班级女生对体育项目兴趣的调查中发现,耐力跑是她们最不喜欢的项目。这主要是因为耐力跑艰苦且单调,没有趣味性和娱乐感。对此,我们根据女生的生理和心理特点,改进了教学方法。
A survey of students’ interest in sports from six high school girls found that endurance run was their least favorite item. This is mainly because endurance runs tough and monotonous, not interesting and entertaining. In response, we improved the teaching methods based on the physical and psychological characteristics of girls.
