目的:观察大鼠在不同模拟高度下几种微量营养素状态的变化。方法:成年大白鼠按模拟实验高度分4组,采取股动脉放血致死,收集血液样品,测定全血谷胱甘肽还原酶活性系数(BGR-AC值)、全血转羟乙醛酶活性(TPP数应)、全血Vc、血清VE及血清微量元素Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn等。结果:随着高度的上升,大鼠全血BGR-AC值有上升趋势,0~4000m差别显著,但4000~8000m差别不显著。TPP效应在6000m以下差别均显著。随高度上升血清Vc和VE有下降趋势,微量元素Zn、Fe也下降,Zn最明显,Mn则上升,Cu变化不明显。结论:海拔越高营养素需要量越大
Objective: To observe the changes of several micronutrients in rats under different simulated heights. Methods: The adult rats were divided into 4 groups according to the height of the simulated experiment.
