将防错技术应用于航空机载产品,抑制或消除安全隐患。介绍了防错理论和常用的防错技术,对比优缺点,结合机载电子产品特征和使用需求,开展了设计防错技术的研究。在辅助设计方面,增加了防止误操作的开关盖,安装了防错、防漏、防损伤的编号、定位装置;在简化设计方面,放大了插件的差异,实现了软件层面的识别和限制。以上举措能够极力避免操作过程中可能带来的错误,能够适应航空等领域的高标准、严要求。
The error-proof technology used in aviation airborne products, inhibit or eliminate potential safety problems. Introduced the theory of mistake-proofing and the commonly used error-proofing technology, compared the advantages and disadvantages, carried out the research of design error-proofing technology based on the characteristics and requirements of the airborne electronic products. In the auxiliary design, an increase of the switch cover to prevent misuse, the installation of error-proofing, leak-proof, anti-injury numbering and positioning devices; simplify the design, to enlarge the plug-in differences, to achieve the software level identification and restrictions. The above measures can try their best to avoid possible mistakes in the operation and adapt to the high standards and strict requirements in fields such as aviation.
