目的 观察维甲酸类软膏局部涂布治疗口腔扁平苔藓的价值和可行性。方法 选用复方口疮膏(对照组 15例 )及复方口疮膏加适量维甲酸类药物 (治疗组 45例 ) ,作口腔涂布 ,1～ 2次 /日 ,1周后复查。结果 治疗组总有效率为 93.33% ,好转率为 48.88% ,无效率为 6 .6 6 % ;而对照组总有效率为 39.99% ,显效率为 6 .6 6 % ,好转率为 33.33% ,无效率为 6 0 .0 0 % ,经统计学检验疗效有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 复方维甲酸类药物局部治疗口腔扁平苔藓是安全有效的方法
Objective To observe the value and feasibility of topical application of retinoid ointment in the treatment of oral lichen planus. Methods The compound acerbital ointment (control group, 15 cases) and compound aphthous ointment plus proper amount of retinoids (45 cases) were applied orally for 1 ~ 2 times / day and 1 week later. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, the improvement rate was 48.88%, the inefficiency rate was 6.66%; while the control group the total effective rate was 39.99%, the effective rate was 6.66%, the improvement rate was 33.33% The inefficiency rate was 60.0%, which was significantly different between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion The topical treatment of oral lichen planus with compound retinoids is a safe and effective method
