“表演理论”不是一个全新概念。它的提出有着鲜明的当代学术背景。作为一种跨学科研究,“表演理论”波及社会学、民俗学、心理学、历史学、文学、哲学研究等诸多领域。本研究是将“表演理论”引入星级饭店管理的可行性研究的一部分,探讨用“表演理论”分析、阐释酒店服务文化,把星级饭店管理行为与管理制度纳入美学管理的新框架之中,重建与星级饭店服务产品相关的一系列术语、制度、态度和实践。
“Performance Theory ” is not a new concept. Its proposal has a distinct contemporary academic background. As an interdisciplinary research, “performance theory ” spread to many fields such as sociology, folklore, psychology, history, literature and philosophical studies. This study is a part of the Feasibility Study of Introducing “Performance Theory” into Star-rated Hotel Management, and explores the analysis of hotel service culture with “Performance Theory” to incorporate the star-rated hotel management behavior and management into the management of aesthetics In the new framework, a series of terms, systems, attitudes and practices related to the restauration of star hotel services are re-established.
