目的探讨上睑外侧退行性内翻对高龄老年人的影响及治疗。方法对我院南楼1999年～2004年六年间眼科会诊的4348人(8696眼)75岁以上老年人行眼科常规查体,对其上睑的松弛状态、睑缘皮肤位置、及其主观感觉进行登记记录,并对其中造成不适的病例予手术治疗。结果患者年龄+标准差82.4±6.6岁,(75岁～97岁),有57例(13%)患者表现为双眼睑外侧向眼球方向翻转,表现的症状为异物感92%,流泪65%,眼红31%,眼痛23%。体征所见包括:皮肤松弛100%,倒睫100%,外眦韧带松弛100%,慢性结膜炎54%。点状角膜上病变21%。结论高龄老年人上睑皮肤明显松弛,尤其是外侧,且有一部分人上睑外侧内翻,会给患者带来明显不适,要予及时处理。
Objective To investigate the effect of upper eyelid degenerative varus on senile elderly and its treatment. Methods A total of 4348 people (8696 eyes) aged 75 years or older undergoing ophthalmology consultation in South Hospital of our hospital from 1999 to 2004 were examined by conventional ophthalmology.
