催化添加剂脱硫技术是控制重油催化裂化装置再生器烟气中的排放最为经济而有效的方法。利用X-光衍射和微型反应器评价装置,系统研究酸法制备的镁铝尖晶石及其固溶液(MgAl2O4·xAl2O3·yMgO)组成、结构和脱硫活性之间的关系,并对酸、碱法制备组成相同的样品结构和脱硫性能进行了对比讨论。
Catalytic additive desulfurization technology is the most economical and effective way to control the emission of flue gas from the regenerator of a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit. Using X-ray diffraction and microreactor evaluation system, the relationship between the composition, structure and desulfurization activity of magnesium aluminate spinel prepared by acid method and its solid solution (MgAl2O4 · xAl2O3 · yMgO) The composition of the sample with the same composition and desulfurization performance were compared and discussed.
