目的探讨不同辅料炮制对黄连生物碱类成分的影响。方法取不同辅料炮制黄连粉末制备成供试品溶液。在色谱条件下进样分析,计算各样品中盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀及盐酸药根碱的含量。结果生黄连总量19.48%、姜黄连总量22.79%、酒黄连总量23.46%、醋黄连总量23.17%、萸黄连总量21.68%、胆汁黄连总量19.72%。结论炮制对黄连化学成分有一定影响,不同辅料炮制黄连中生物碱含量变化不大。
Objective To investigate the effects of different materials processing on the composition of Coptis alkaloids. Methods Preparing Coptis powder with different excipients to prepare the test solution. Under chromatographic conditions, injection analysis was performed to calculate the content of berberine hydrochloride, palmatine hydrochloride and jatrorrhizine hydrochloride in each sample. Results The total amount of raw Coptis chinensis was 19.48%, the total amount of Curcuma was 22.79%, the total amount of Coptis chinensis was 23.46%, the total amount of Coptis chinensis was 23.17%, the Total amount of Fructus Chinensis was 21.68%, and the total amount of Choline Coptidis was 19.72%. Conclusions The concoction has certain influence on the chemical composition of Coptis chinensis, and the content of alkaloids in Coptis chinensis differs little by different materials.
