日本钢铁业正在推进环境和谐型炼铁工艺技术开发项目COURSE50,今年4月完成12m3氢还原试验高炉设计后,10月1日开工建设该高炉,预计2015年6月完工,计划用一年时间进行试运行及操作培训,从2016年开始进行一次吹氢试验。该高炉建在新日铁住金君津厂,高炉高度约为6m,炉内容积为12m3,日产铁35t,安装有炉身风口。COURSE50项目是由日本新能源产业技术综合开发机构
Japan’s steel industry is advancing COURSE50, an environmentally friendly iron-smelting technology development project. After completion of the 12m3 hydrogen reduction test blast furnace design in April this year, the blast furnace construction started on October 1 and is expected to be completed in June 2015 and planned to be completed in one year. Trial run and operation training, starting from 2016 hydrogen blowing test. The blast furnace was built in Nippon Steel Jinjujin plant, blast furnace height of about 6m, the furnace volume of 12m3, iron 35t Nissan, the installation of a furnace tuyere.
