“名园办分园”的集团化模式,逐渐成为扩大优质教育资源,满足社会需求的一种有效途径,但对幼儿园师资建设提出了新的挑战。面对挑战,幼儿园应给予新教师具体有效的指导,实施岗位成才的策略,开展灵活多样的培训,促进幼儿园尽快形成一支文化精良、业务精湛、品德高尚的高素质教师队伍。
