目的 :研究导光纤维喉镜引导咽鼓管插管治疗中耳疾病的疗效。方法 :使用 Olymphus公司生产的 T3型纤维喉镜及冷光源系统和上海医用诊疗仪器厂生产的输尿管导管为 76例中耳疾病患者通气、吸引、注药治疗。结果 :76例、1 2 1耳中 1 0 3耳咽鼓管通畅 ,1 2耳症状改善 ,6耳效果不明显 ,有效率 95%。结论 :用导光纤维喉镜直接对准咽鼓管咽口 ,插入准确 ,治疗成功率高。因输尿管导管前端光滑 ,不易损伤鼻咽及咽鼓口粘膜 ,咽口内如有分泌物通过导管可直接吸净 ,如咽口粘膜水肿 ,可用 1 %麻黄素经喉镜滴入收缩粘膜。此法集吸引、通气、注药、扩张可一次完成治疗。
OBJECTIVE: To study the curative effect of guided laryngoscope guided Eustachian tube intubation on middle ear disease. METHODS: Totally 76 patients with middle ear disease were treated with ventilation, suction and drug injection using T3 fiber laryngoscope and cold light source system manufactured by Olymphus and ureteral catheter produced by Shanghai Medical Diagnostic Instrument Factory. Results: In 76 cases, 103 ears were smooth in 103 ears, the symptoms of 1 2 ears were improved, and the effect of 6 ears was not obvious. The effective rate was 95%. Conclusion: The direct use of Laryngoscope Laryngeal Eustachian tube pharyngeal port, accurate insertion, high success rate of treatment. Due to the smooth front ureteral catheter, not easy to damage the nasopharynx and pharyngeal mouth mucosa, pharyngeal orifice if secretions through the catheter can directly absorb the net, such as pharyngeal mucosal edema, available 1% ephedrine drops through the laryngoscope shrink mucosa. This method to attract, ventilate, inject drugs, expansion can be completed once the treatment.
