不少教师认为,只有学习好的学生才是人才,对他们总是高看一眼,平时的态度和评价也是较为积极的。而对那些学习不好的学生则打心眼里看不上,认为他们根本不是念书的材料,将来也不会有大出息。因此,对他们的评价也是消极的。这是认识上的偏见。作为教育者,既要培养尖端人才,又要面向全体学生,一视同仁,平等对待,这才是正确的教育。
Many teachers think that only students who are good at learning are talented people, and they always take a high look. The usual attitude and evaluation are also more positive. But for those who do not study well, they think that they are not studying materials at all, and they will not be able to make any significant gains in the future. Therefore, the evaluation of them is also negative. This is a cognitive bias. As educators, it is necessary to cultivate top-notch talents as well as to all students and treat them equally without discrimination. This is the right education.
