目的:建立八正颗粒质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法对处方中的大黄、栀子、甘草、车前子进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法对样品中的栀子苷进行含量测定。结果:薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;含量测定栀子苷进样量在0.08946~0.53768μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.6%(n=5),RSD为1.47%。结论:定性、定量方法简便、专属、准确,可用于八正颗粒的质量控制标准。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Bazheng. Methods: The rhubarb, wolfberry, licorice and psyllium in the prescription were qualitatively identified by TLC. The contents of geniposide in the samples were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS: The chromatographic spots identified by the thin layer were clear, and the negative control had no interference. The content of geniposide in the assay ranged from 0.08946 to 0.53768 μg. The average recovery was 99.6% (n=5). The RSD was 1.47%. Conclusion: Qualitative and quantitative methods are simple, exclusive and accurate, and can be used for the quality control standard of Bazheng Granules.
