科技的发展,使得二十一世纪迎来了新的曙光;信息技术的发展,使人们步入了知识经济时代。人力资源对于知识经济时代的发展具有不可替代的作用,但如何有效的管理人力资源成为目前急需解决的问题。首先介绍了知识经济与人力资源之间的双向互动关系,其次简要分析了事业单位人力资源管理的现状,最后对于知识经济背景下,事业单位人力资源的创新管理提出了一些建议。
The development of science and technology has ushered in a new dawn in the 21st century. The development of information technology has brought people into the era of knowledge-based economy. Human resources are irreplaceable for the development of knowledge-based economy. However, how to effectively manage human resources has become an urgent problem to be solved. Firstly, the two-way interaction between knowledge economy and human resources is introduced. Secondly, the status quo of human resource management in public institutions is briefly analyzed. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the innovation management of human resources in public institutions under the background of knowledge economy.
