随着石油、天然气、冶金、化工、民用煤气工业的飞速发展,普通的楔式闸阀已不能满足现代生产发展的需要,作为现代闸阀之一的“平板闸阀”已获得日益广泛的应用。国外工业发达国家开拓了各种压力级、不同口径、多种驱动方式的平板闸阀,满足了石油,天然气等长输管道工程的大型、高参数、自动化的需要。重庆阀门厂在石油部门的大力支持下,借鉴国外先进产品,先进技术,结合我国石油、天然气采输现状,在研制成功了Z644D型气动平板闸阀,Z44D型手动平板闸阀,Z544D型圆锥齿轮传动平板闸阀的基础上,又于1985年设计、试制成功Z9_B44D型防爆电动平板闸阀。Z9_B44D型平板闸阀是我厂根据1985年机械部科技发展计划及重庆市技术开发重点项目计划而研制的,该产品上要用于石油、天然气、煤气等非腐蚀性气态、液态介质的集输、放空、排污工艺过程中输送或切断介质,可实现近距离及远距离自动控制,亦可手动。 该系列产品于1986年3月经由重庆市机械局组织有关院校、科研所、厂矿、石油部及上级领导机
