《妇女权益保障法》对妇女的劳动权益作了如下规定: 第二十一条国家保障妇女享有与男子平等的劳动权利。第二十二条各单位在录用职工时,除不适合妇女的工作或者岗位外,不得以性别为由拒绝录用妇女或者提高对妇女的录用标准。
The Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Women provides the following provisions on the rights and interests of women: Article 21 The State guarantees women the right to work on an equal basis with men. Article 22 All employers shall not refuse to hire women on the ground of sex or raise the standard of hiring for women unless they are not suitable for the work or post of women.
