目的探讨轻中度骨性Ⅲ类错拔牙矫治和非拔牙矫治中上切牙使用直丝弓托槽倒置粘接的临床效果。方法选择恒牙列早期的轻中度骨性Ⅲ类错畸形患者66例,随机分为托槽常规粘接组(对照组,非拔牙矫治17例,拔牙矫治16例)和托槽倒置粘接组(试验组,非拔牙矫治18例,拔牙矫治15例)各33例,分别拍摄并测量治疗前后的头颅侧位片,进行统计学分析。结果非拔牙矫治的患者,试验组和对照组治疗前后SNA角、U1-SN角和U1-NA角的变化差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);拔牙矫治的患者,试验组和对照组治疗前后SNA角、U1-SN角、U1-NA距、U1-NA角、L1-MP角、L1-NB距、L1-NB角和U1-L1角的变化差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨性Ⅲ类错矫治中,上切牙托槽倒置粘接可增大上切牙根唇向转矩,减少上切牙代偿性唇倾,在一定程度上改善患者的美观和功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of orthodontic appliance on the orthodontic appliance using inverted arch brackets in inverted orthodontic treatment of mild to moderate skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion.
