油田进入特高含水开采期以后,普遍存在抽油机井井下偏磨现象,严重制约着油田的生产。本文通过胜坨油田抽油机井井下偏磨情况的统计分析,对杆管偏磨的机理进行了研究。在此基础上,通过抽油杆柱、油管柱和封隔器的受力分析,研究了井下防偏磨配套技术,形成了适应不同类型油井仿偏磨技术配套模式,针对胜坨油田的具体生产情况,提出了针对性的预防措施。应用结果表明:采用预防措施后,可有效地延长抽油井的检泵周期,达到预防杆管磨损的最佳效果,取得了良好的经济效益。
After the oilfield enters the period of extra-high water cut, there is ubiquitous partial borehole downhole in the pumping well, which severely restricts the oilfield production. In this paper, through the statistical analysis of downhole eccentric wear conditions of pumping shaft in Shengtuo Oilfield, the mechanism of eccentric wear of the pipe is studied. On the basis of this, through the force analysis of sucker rod string, tubing string and packer, the supporting technology of downhole wear prevention is researched, and the matching model of different eccentric wear grinding technology for oil well is formed. According to the specific conditions of Shengtuo oilfield Production, put forward targeted preventive measures. The application results show that the adoption of precautionary measures can effectively prolong the pumping cycle of pumping wells, and achieve the best effect of preventing the wear of the pipe and achieve good economic benefits.
