Apple in the refrigerator, two or three days later still delicious as ever. Although it is impossible for people to hide in the refrigerator to obtain their eternal youth, they have inadvertently touched a major magic weapon of Chinese medicine - “low temperature regimen.” Chinese medicine masterpiece “Huangdi Nei Jing” put forward: “The highest of its life, the next one its Qi died.” Said height is cold, long life; low altitude, short life expectancy. At present, people with the longest life expectancy in the world live in sub-arctic and tropical regions, such as Japan and Northern Europe. The total population of only 5 million people in Georgia, there are as many as 2,000 birthday centenarians, is to benefit from low-temperature living environment. Research shows that people living in the boreal zone have an average life expectancy of 10-30 years longer than that of the tropics. Also in nature, cold-blooded animals such as snakes have a long lifespan, while chickens have a short lifespan because of their high body temperature. Turtles considered to be one of the longest-lived animals in the world are also cold-blooded.
