目的:研究牛膝总皂苷对维甲酸致骨质疏松大鼠骨代谢指标的影响。方法:用维甲酸复制大鼠骨质疏松症模型,给于牛膝总皂苷30,100,300 mg.kg-1连续灌服,测定大鼠血清钙、磷含量,碱性磷酸酶活性、骨钙素含量以及尿液中羟脯氨酸含量,与模型组进行比较。结果:牛膝总皂苷可升高骨质疏松大鼠血钙含量,升高碱性磷酸酶活性和血清骨钙素水平,降低尿中羟脯氨酸水平。结论:牛膝总皂苷可改善骨质疏松大鼠的骨代谢。
Objective: To study the effect of total saponins of Achyranthes bidentata on the bone metabolism index of rats with osteoporosis caused by retinoic acid. Methods: Rat model of osteoporosis was replicated with retinoic acid. Serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin levels were measured in 30,100 and 300 mg.kg-1 of Achyranthes bidentata by continuous infusion. Urine hydroxyproline content, compared with the model group. Results: Achyranthes saponin can increase serum calcium, osteoporosis rats increased alkaline phosphatase activity and serum osteocalcin levels, reduce urinary hydroxyproline levels. Conclusion: Achyranthes saponin can improve bone metabolism in osteoporosis rats.
