本文按照FAO国际植物检疫措施标准——检疫性有害生物风险分析(ISPM No.11),结合进口植物及植物产品有害生物风险分析实用方法,以有害生物为起点,对木薯绵粉蚧Phenacoccus manihoti Matile-Ferrero,1977随输华寄主产品传入开展风险评估。风险评估结果表明,木薯绵粉蚧随木薯产品进入可能性低,定殖可能性中,扩散可能性高,后果评估结果高,将每个阶段的风险结果进行矩阵合并,总体风险为中。根据风险等级,提出了风险管理方案,将风险降低到可接受水平,对贸易的影响最小。本文对本风险分析方法和下一步应重点明确问题进行了简单讨论。
In this paper, in accordance with the FAO ISPM No.11, combined with the practical methods for pest risk analysis of imported plants and plant products, starting from pests, the Phenacoccus manihoti Matile -Ferrero, 1977 With the introduction of the host product HUAWEI risk assessment carried out. The results of risk assessment showed that Cassava mealybugs could not enter cassava products with low possibility, possibility of colonization, high possibility of diffusion and high consequence evaluation results. The risks of each stage were matrix combined with the overall risk being moderate. Based on the level of risk, a risk management plan is proposed that reduces the risk to an acceptable level with minimal impact on trade. This paper briefly discusses the risk analysis method and the next step should focus on clear issues.
