目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和白细胞介素1(IL-1)对中枢神经发育的作用。方法50只小鼠注射不同浓度的TNF和IL-1后,饲养1周或1月行胆碱酯酶染色,观察海马结构内AchE阳性纤维的变化。结果海马结构内含有大量的AchE阳性纤维。IL-1组和TNF低浓度组与对照组和TNF高浓度组相比差异有显著性。结论低浓度TNF和IL-1对海马结构AchE纤维的发育有调节作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interleukin-1 (IL-1) on central nervous system development. Methods Fifty mice were injected with different concentrations of TNF and IL-1, and were kept for 1 week or 1 month to observe the changes of AchE-positive fibers in the hippocampal formation. The results of the hippocampal structure contains a large number of AchE-positive fibers. IL-1 group and TNF low concentration group and control group and TNF high concentration group compared with the difference was significant. Conclusions Low concentration of TNF and IL-1 have a regulatory effect on the development of hippocampal AchE fibers.
