采用电解法合成了一系列 Keggin结构钼锗稀土二电子 Ln H3 [Ge Mo12 O4 0 ]· n H2 O和四电子 Ln H5[Ge Mo12 O4 0 ]·n H2 O杂多蓝 ( Ln=La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd) .通过 IR,UV-Vis,DTA,XPS和 ESR等方法对产物进行了表征 ,确认杂多蓝仍保持 Keggin结构 ,但结构有轻微的畸变 .研究了 Pr( 2 )对小鼠感染FM1的治疗效果 ,并与阳性对照药物病毒唑作了比较 .结果表明 ,Pr( 2 )具有很好的抗病毒活性 ,甚至超过阳性对照药物病毒唑的抗病毒效果 ,比较两种给药途径 ,结果发现 ,腹腔注射优于口服给药的抗病毒效果
A series of Keggin molybdenum-germanium rare earth two-electron Ln H3 [Ge Mo12 O4 0] · n H2 O and four-electron Ln H5 [Ge Mo12 O4 0] · n H2 O heteropoly blue (Ln = La, Ce , Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd). The products were characterized by IR, UV-Vis, DTA, XPS and ESR to confirm that the heteropoly blue still retains Keggin structure, The effect of Pr (2) on FM1 infection in mice was compared with that of positive control drug ribavirin.The results showed that Pr (2) had good antiviral activity and even exceeded the antiviral effect of positive control drug ribavirin , Comparing the two routes of administration, found that intraperitoneal injection is superior to oral administration of anti-virus effect
