钛合金抗力大、塑性低,锻造温度范围窄,如工艺不当,锻件会产生各类缺陷。某航空发动机拉杆的原材料采用TC4特钛合金,是一种典型的长轴类锻件,锻件验收技术条件较高,为保证锻件质量,开展了自由锻和模锻的工艺试验。针对模锻后出现的局部未充满缺陷,制定了减少坯料转移时间、改进模具预热方式等措施,通过试制验证了措施的有效性,获得了满足设计图样规定的锻件,确定了锻造工艺参数。
Titanium alloy resistance, low plasticity, narrow forging temperature range, such as improper technology, forgings will have all kinds of defects. Aeroengine rod material used TC4 special titanium alloy, is a typical long axis forgings, forgings acceptance of high technical conditions, in order to ensure the quality of forgings, to carry out the free forging and forging process test. Aiming at the defects of partially under-filled after die-forging, some measures such as reducing the billet transfer time and improving the preheating mode of the die were developed. The effectiveness of the measures was verified through trial production. The forgings satisfying the design drawings were obtained and the forging parameters were determined.
