螺杆泵采油是一种油田常用的采油技术,但螺杆泵杆管偏磨问题一直是制约其发展的重大难题。在驱动杆上加装扶正器防止偏磨是目前主要的防偏磨措施。扶正器布置过多会大大增加管柱内液流阻力,杆柱由自重产生的拉伸效应降低,失稳临界值减小,易弯曲发生偏磨,扶正器布置过少达不到防偏磨效果。因此,通过抽油杆受力计算以及统计历年螺杆泵偏磨情况,建立了螺杆泵扶正器优化布置模版,通过合理布置扶正器来有效减缓杆管偏磨,从而达到延长检泵周期的目的。通过现场应用,螺杆泵偏磨检泵周期由2014年的584d延长至2015年的642d。
Screw pump oil production is a commonly used oil field oil production technology, but partial wear screw rod pump has been a major problem restricting its development. The installation of centralizer on the drive rod to prevent eccentric wear is the main anti-eccentric wear measures. Too much centralizer arrangement greatly increases the fluid flow resistance in the column, and the stretching effect of the column due to its own weight decreases, the critical value of instability decreases, eccentric bending occurs easily, and the centralizer arrangement is too small to reach the anti-eccentric wear effect. Therefore, through the force calculation of sucker rod and partial eccentric wear of screw pump in the past years, the optimal layout template of the screw pump centralizer has been set up and the partial eccentric wear of the rod tube can be effectively alleviated by arranging the centralizer so that the inspection cycle can be lengthened. Through on-site application, the partial inspection cycle of the screw pump has been extended from 584 days in 2014 to 642 days in 2015.
