本文研究了来自香茹不同菌株的单核菌丝的交配型、生长及生化特性。结果表明,单核菌丝在菌落形态、交配型及酯酶同工酶谱上存在着多态性,发现了1种以前未见报道的单核菌丝形态类型。在L26菌株的单核菌丝交配试验中得到了白色子实体材料,对来自L26和241-4的单核菌丝进行杂交,获得了2菌株的杂交材料。
In this paper, we studied the mating type, growth and biochemical characteristics of mononuclear mycelia from different strains of. The results showed that there were polymorphisms in the morphology, mating type and esterase isozyme patterns of mononuclear mycelia. A single type of mononuclear mycelium was not found. The white fruiting body material was obtained from the mononuclear mycelium mating test of L26 strain, and the monokaryons from L26 and 241-4 were crossed to obtain the hybrid material of 2 strains.
