针对目前撞击感度仪人工送料存在的问题,结合测试特点,设计了—套撞击感度自动送料系统。采用机械手实现了击杆的提升和下降,链条的传动和推杆气缸的动作完成了试样的自动连续进料,针型气缸实现了试样准确定位。使用表明,该系统消除了爆炸产生的有毒气体对人体的伤害及误操作引起的爆炸隐患,减轻了试验操作人员的劳动强度,减少了手工操作对试验结果可信性的影响,提高了撞击感度测试效率。
Aiming at the problems existing in the manual impacting of the impact meter, this paper designed a set of automatic impacting feeding system based on the characteristics of the test. The use of a manipulator to achieve the lifting and lowering of the rod, the chain of transmission and the action of the cylinder rod to complete the automatic continuous feed sample, needle-type cylinder to achieve accurate positioning of the sample. The use of the system shows that the system eliminates the potential for explosion caused by the poisonous gas generated by the explosion on the human body and misoperation, reduces the labor intensity of the test operators, reduces the influence of manual operation on the credibility of the test results, and improves the impact sensitivity Test efficiency.
