目的:实现“以病人为中心”的目标,为患者提供优质的门诊服务。方法:通过改善就医环境,醒目标识,优化就医流程,采取多种形式的便民措施,提供主动服务,以及以信息技术为平台,实施医疗费用透明化管理,多种形式的预约挂号,电子排队、叫号系统以和门诊就医实行“一卡通”来提高医疗服务质量。结果:通过对门诊服务流程的不断完善,为病人提供科学、合理的就医流程,体现了“以病人为中心”的人文关怀原则,为病人提供高效优质的服务。
Objective: To achieve the goal of “patient-centered” and to provide patients with quality out-patient services. Methods: By taking measures to improve the medical environment, highlight the logo, optimize the medical treatment process, take various forms of convenient measures to provide proactive services, and information technology as a platform to implement the transparent management of medical expenses, various forms of appointment registration, electronic queuing, Calling system and out-patient medical practice “card” to improve the quality of medical services.
