针对医院手术室对温湿度控制的要求,提出一种基于PLC编程的手术室净化空调自动控制系统。对此,文章分别从硬件和软件两个方面对系统架构、主程序等进行构建。同时,文章着重就手术室温湿度存在大滞后性,而传统PID控制效果不佳的问题,提出采用模糊PID控制算法对温湿度控制进行调节。最后通过系统运行,验证了该空调自动控制系统的可行性,大大提高了空调温湿度控制的精度。
Aiming at the requirement of temperature and humidity control in hospital operating room, an automatic control system of operating room purification air conditioner based on PLC programming is proposed. In this regard, the article separately from the hardware and software aspects of the system architecture, the main program to build. At the same time, the article focuses on the operating room temperature and humidity there is a big lag, while the traditional PID control ineffective, the use of fuzzy PID control algorithm to adjust the temperature and humidity control. Finally, through the system operation, the feasibility of the air conditioning automatic control system was verified, greatly improving the accuracy of air conditioning temperature and humidity control.
