日前,最高人民法院、最高人民检察院、公安部、司法部联合出台《关于全面推进社区矫正工作的意见》(以下简称《意见》),对全面推进社区矫正工作做出整体部署。《意见》指出,党的十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》明确提出,要“健全社区矫正制度”。今年4月21日,习近平总书记在听取司法部工作汇报时明确指出,社区矫正已在试点的基础上全面推开,新情况新问题会不断出现。要持续跟踪完善社区矫正制度,加快推进立法,理顺工作体制机制,加强矫正机构和队伍建设,切实提高社区矫正工作水平。今年5月 Recently, the Supreme People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Justice jointly promulgated the Opinions on Promoting Community Corrections in an All-Round Way (hereinafter referred to as Opinions) to make overall arrangements for the comprehensive promotion of community corrections.
