成人学生由于其本身状况的特殊性,因此他们的学习动机和学习障碍因素与接受普通教育的学生有所不同。虽然成人教育倡导的是以远程教育为主,以面授教育为辅的教学模式,但是面授课对成人学生知识的获取和巩固的作用是不可低估的。本文分析了影响成人学生课堂学习的内部和外部因素,并通过调查问卷和数据的对比,分析了影响成人学生面授课出勤率的因素,以有针对性地帮助他们克服在学习过程中遇到的障碍,提高学习的效果和效率。
Because of the particularity of their own conditions, adult students differ in their learning motivation and learning disabilities from those who receive general education.
