溴化丁基橡胶存在3种微观结构,即未溴化丁基橡胶(结构1,微观结构质量分数≤20%),溴代仲位烯丙基结构(结构2,微观结构质量分数≥60%)和溴代伯位烯丙基结构(结构3,微观结构质量分数≤20%),3者均是影响溴化丁基橡胶性能的重要参数。考察了溴化反应后停留时间、中和后胶液在不同酸碱性条件下的停留时间以及添加剂对溴化丁基橡胶3种微观结构的影响。结果表明,溴化反应后的最佳停留时间为1.5min;当碱洗后pH为弱碱性时,停留时间对微观结构的影响不大。
There are three kinds of brominated butyl rubber microstructures, namely, the unbrominated butyl rubber (structure 1, the microstructure of the mass fraction ≤ 20%), brominated secondary allyl structure (structure 2, the microstructure of the mass fraction ≥ 60% ) And bromine primary allyl structure (structure 3, the microstructure of the mass fraction ≤ 20%), 3 are important parameters affecting the performance of brominated butyl rubber. The residence time after the bromination reaction, the residence time of the gel after neutralization under different pH conditions and the effects of the additives on the three kinds of microstructure of bromobutyl rubber were investigated. The results showed that the optimal residence time after bromination reaction was 1.5 min. When pH was weakly alkaline, the residence time had little effect on the microstructure.
