集体林权制度改革后林农成为林业经营的主体,集体林权制度改革对林农的生产、投资和就业决策行为产生了重要影响。基于对辽宁省10个县(市)500户林农的抽样调查数据,运用二元Logistic回归模型建立林农非农就业决策模型,从农户家庭角度分析集体林权制度改革对林农非农就业决策行为的影响。结果表明:户主性别、户主受教育程度、家庭劳动力数量、是否参加联户经营和是否参加林业合作组织5个因素对农户非农就业决策有显著影响。
After the reform of collective forest ownership system, the forest farmers became the main body of forestry management. The reform of the collective forest tenure system had an important impact on the forest farmers’ production, investment and employment decision-making. Based on the sample survey data of 500 forest farmers in 10 counties and cities in Liaoning Province, a binary Logistic regression model was used to establish a model of non-agricultural employment decision-making for forestry farmers.
