目的:探索γ-巯丙基键合硅胶(MPS)脱除清茶复方水提液中铅离子的可行性。方法:采用非均相路线合成MPS,并对其主要结构参数进行了表征。将含铅的清茶样品经水提取,水提液以9 BV.h-1通过MPS柱进行脱铅处理,采用原子吸收光谱法测定铅的含量,考察铅的脱除效果;并以提取液的含固量和HPLC指纹图谱为指标,评价水提液中化学组成的变化情况。结果:与空白硅胶(SG)比较,MPS能够较好地脱除药液中的铅,脱除率为74.6%;脱铅过程中,水提液中化学成分未发生明显变化,含固量损失率为2.6%,HPLC图谱相似度为0.976。结论:MPS可用于脱除清茶复方水提液中的铅。
Objective: To explore the feasibility of using γ-mercaptopropyl-bonded silica gel (MPS) to remove Pb2 + from aqueous extract of Qingcha. Methods: MPS was synthesized by heterogeneous route and its main structural parameters were characterized. The sample of tea with lead was extracted by water, and the aqueous extract was de-treated by MPS column at 9 BV.h-1. The content of lead was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and the removal of lead was investigated. Solid content and HPLC fingerprints as indicators to evaluate the changes of chemical composition in aqueous extract. Results: Compared with the blank silica gel (SG), MPS was able to remove lead in liquid medicine well and the removal rate was 74.6%. During the lead removal process, there was no obvious change in the chemical composition in the water extract, The rate was 2.6% and the HPLC profile similarity was 0.976. Conclusion: MPS can be used to remove lead from the tea extract aqueous extract.
