前列腺癌是欧美男性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,据最新统计:其发病率位居美国男性恶性肿瘤的首位,死亡率仅次于肺癌~([1])。随着前列腺癌筛查的普及和诊疗技术的提高,患者的生存期得到明显的改善。然而患者除了应对生理问题,还需要面对社会心理和生活质量问题,而这些问题最容易被患者及医生所忽略~([2])。本文就社会心理因素和生活质量对前列腺癌的发生发展、诊断及治疗等产生的影响进行综述。
Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in Europe and the United States, according to the latest statistics: its incidence ranks first in United States male malignancies, the mortality rate second only to lung cancer ~ ([1]). With the popularity of prostate cancer screening and diagnosis and treatment technology, patients’ survival has been significantly improved. However, in addition to coping with physiological problems, patients also need to face social psychology and quality of life problems that are most easily overlooked by patients and doctors (2). This article reviews the impact of psychosocial factors and quality of life on the occurrence, diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.
