苏霍姆林斯基指出:“在我们的创造性的教育工作中,对‘学困生’的工作是最难啃的‘硬骨头’之一,没有哪一位老师不这样认为。”转化“学困生”是学校和教师义不容辞的责任。如何去转化他们是一个长久的课题。我认为应该抓住四个“点”。一、寻找焦虑心理中的“希望点”学困生考试有过度焦虑的心理,说明他们也想考出好成绩。此时,他们比其他学生更需要理解,更渴望帮助。教师应把握这种心态,给他们以真诚的帮助。譬如
