毕业设计是高职室内设计专业人才培养方案中的重要教学内容,也是毕业生走上工作岗位前最后一个教学环节。这一教学环节完成的质量在很大程度上反映了人才培养方案完成的质量。传统的毕业设计模式已经不适应目前人才培养的需要,为了达到更好的完成效果,在现代学徒制模式下利用“双导师”教师队伍,通过学校、企业“双主体”的培养,让学生通过完成从企业获得的实际工程项目,通过更加严格的过程管理、毕业设计达标以及校企共同培养,来进一步构建人才培养方案中所要求的专业技能。
