学中求乐、乐而好学是辨证统一的。一方面是讲,学习是艰苦的,要化艰苦的劳动为愉快的学习活动,在苦中求乐。另一方面,愉快的心理体验和良好的学习气氛,会变成推动学习的强大的内动力,即变“要我学”为“我要学”。要想使学生愉快地接受学习,就必须爱学生,真正把学生当作学习的主人。建立和谐、民主、平等的师生关系,采用正确的教学方法和良好的课堂调控,善教善导。要想唤起学生的兴趣,教师首先就要爱孩子。
Learning in the school, happy and studious is the dialectical unity. On the one hand is to say, learning is tough, to be hard work for a pleasant learning activities, in bitter music. On the other hand, a happy psychological experience and a good learning atmosphere will become a powerful motivating force for further learning. That is to say, “want me to learn” is “I want to learn.” To make students happy to accept the study, we must love the students, the real student as the master of learning. Establish a harmonious, democratic and equal relationship between teachers and students, adopt the correct teaching methods and good classroom control, and teach good.
