氧传感器简称排气氧传感器(Exhaust Gas Oxygen Sensor),它的主要作用是通过监测排气中氧离子的含量来获得混合气的空燃比的信号,并将该信号转换为电信号输入ECU。ECU将会根据氧传感器信号,对喷油时间进行一系列的修正,会使发动机得到最佳浓度的混合气,进而达到降低有害气体的排放量及节约燃油的目的。本文是在根据平时的教学实践过程当中遇到的一些相关问题,就氧传感器的常见故障及检查方法作一个简单的介绍。
The oxygen sensor is called Exhaust Gas Oxygen Sensor. Its main function is to obtain the signal of the air-fuel ratio of the mixture by monitoring the oxygen ion content in the exhaust gas, and convert the signal into an electrical signal and input the ECU. Based on the oxygen sensor signal, the ECU will make a series of corrections to the fuel injection time so that the engine can get the best concentration of the mixture, so as to reduce the emission of harmful gases and save fuel. This article is based on the usual teaching practice encountered some of the related issues on the oxygen sensor common faults and inspection methods for a brief introduction.
