计算机技术、信息技术、网络技术的飞速发展,给水电厂自动化系统无论在结构上还是在功能上,都提供了一个广阔的发展舞台。水电厂自动化也必须适应新的形势需要,发展成为一个集计算机、控制、通信、网络、电力电子为一体的综合系统,具备完备的硬件结构,开放的软件平台和强大的应用系统。不仅可以完成对单个电厂,还要进一步实现对梯级、流域、甚至跨流域的水电厂群的经济运行和安全监控。
Computer technology, information technology, network technology, the rapid development of hydropower plant automation system in terms of structure or function, all provide a broad stage of development. Hydropower plant automation must also adapt to the new situation and develop into a comprehensive system integrating computer, control, communication, network and power electronics. It has a complete hardware structure, an open software platform and a powerful application system. Not only can the completion of a single power plant, but also to further the economic operation and safety monitoring of cascades, watersheds, and even inter-basin hydropower plant group.
