考虑到侧顶复吹条件下液体的流场是侧吹和顶吹气流共同作用的结果,作为首次尝试,分别建立了纯侧吹和纯顶吹条件下AOD熔池内钢液流动的三维数学模型,由两者的合成给出了该精炼过程中熔池钢液流动的数学模型.在该模型中,按双流体模型处理了气液两相流,并采用了修正的k-ε双方程模型;视顶枪气流在熔池液面形成的凹陷面为旋转抛物面,相应的液相湍流以标准k-ε模型估算之.给出了各有关的细节.
