采用电弧熔炼-铜模吸铸法制备Ti43Zr27Mo5Cu10Be15非晶复合材料,利用销-盘式摩擦磨损试验机进行干滑动磨损试验,研究了载荷、转速和时间对非晶复合材料的摩擦磨损性能的影响.利用X射线衍射仪分析物相,扫描电镜观察分析磨损表面的形貌,探讨非晶复合材料的磨损机理.结果表明,在不同载荷、转速条件下摩擦因数比较低且稳定在0.219 0~0.367 5之间,磨损量为2.0~31.9 mg;随着转速、载荷的增加,动态摩擦因数波动幅度逐渐减小,磨损量增大.磨损机制由磨粒磨损逐渐转变为粘着磨损,并伴有塑性变形.“,”The Ti43Zr27Mo5Cu10Be15 amorphous composites were fabricated by using arc melting and copper mold suction casting.Wear and friction characteristics of Ti43Zr27Mo5Cu10Be15 amorphous composite alloy under dry sliding conditions were investigated with the pin-on-disc tribotester.The composition was examined by X-ray diffraction.The worn surface morphologies of the samples were observed by a scanning electron microscope.The results show that load and sliding speed affect significantly the wear characteristics of Ti43Zr27Mo5Cu10Be15 amorphous composites.With the increase of speed and load,the fluctuation amplitude of friction coefficient is decreased,then the friction coefficient is low and stable in 0.219 0~0.367 5.In addition,wear volume reaches 2.0~31.9 mg.The wear mechanism is characterized from abrasive wear into adhesive wear accompanied with plastic deformation.
