段应碧自1963年参加工作四十多年以来,一直在国家决策部门从事农村政策研究工作,经历了农村改革开放的全过程,对我国农村的发展历程和政策演变过程有比较系统的了解,对农业、农村问题有比较深入的研究,参与了农村改革过程中的重大政策的调研和制定,其中多次参与制定中央“一号文件”。 Since 1963, Duan Yingbi has been engaged in the research of rural policy in the state policy-making departments for more than 40 years and has experienced the whole process of rural reform and opening up. He has a systematic understanding of the development process and policy of rural areas in our country. The rural problems have been studied in more depth and have been involved in the research and formulation of major policies in the process of rural reform. Many of them have participated in the formulation of the “No.1 Document” by the Central Government.
